All client engagements are governed by a separate signed Services Agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, hours, fees and confidentiality obligations. This website does not in itself constitute an offer of services.
I treat all client information as strictly confidential and am happy to sign your standard NDA before any sensitive material is shared.
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days' written notice. Project work is quoted and invoiced per scope.
Liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, save for fraud, gross negligence, or where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
